Once the order is completed and paid in our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery Across Canada
Your order can be shipped anywhere in Canada with the Canada Post delivery service. Delivery delays are approximately 1 to 15 working days. Orders can be sent without a tracking number (large envelope) or with a tracking number (parcel format).
Zero Plastic Packaging
For a low carbon footprint while shipping your order, we only use 100% recyclable packaging. For small and light shipments, we use an FSC certified Kraft envelope (to ensuire sustainable forest management). For large and heavier shipments, we prefer cardboard boxes made in Canada from 100% recycled materials. Event the adhesive tape does not contain any plastic! We use paper tape with a water activated glue.
If you wish to send a Gift Order, please change the delivery address for the contact details of the person of your choice. Add a personalized message in the comment section of your order.
All prices on the online store are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
You wish to return or exchange a product, we are here to assist you! Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days after receiving your order.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you can return the product and get an equivalent product of your choice or a credit note for new purchases or a refund issued with the payment mode used during the purchase.
For a purchase made via the online store: To return merchandise, please refer to the section "Return or Exchange Process" of the Return Policy (further down below).
For a purchase made in one of our points of sale : If you purchase a product in one of our points of sale, the reseller's return policy applies.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Sale or promotion items are not exchangeable or refundable. Returned items must be in their original condition, must not have been worn or washed or used and the price tags must still be attached.
Sales are final for intimate, sanitary or personal care products.
Items are not exchangeable or refundable if they are no longer in their original condition, damaged, have some missing parts (that are not due to an error on our part).
Return or Exchange Process
1. Contact us via email or phone to tell us the reason for the return and which product you want to return or exchange.
2. Print your prepaid shipping label which you will receive by email.
3. Return the items using the label provided.
4. Receive the new product or a credit note will be available in your account or receive a refund.
The initial shipping costs of the order will not be refunded. If you wish to exchange a defective product, the new product will be sent to you free of charge.
